My conviction is founded on my professional experience in esteemed educational institutions worldwide, such as Letovo School, which attained the prestigious title of being the world's number one based on the 2022 IB final exam results. Additionally, I have consistently pursued ongoing training and development in the most effective methodologies, drawing inspiration from esteemed institutions like Cambridge University, SISU Schools from Finland, and the teachings of Dima Zitzer.

My son, Lev, is a vibrant 5-year-old. When we relocated to Montenegro, my priority was to find a school where he would thrive and enjoy learning. I envisioned a place filled with creativity and sports, where he could freely explore, make mistakes, and grow. It was crucial for me that Lev's education would be conducted in English, utilizing the most effective global educational approaches. After careful consideration of available options, I arrived at an exciting decision — to establish Seaside Academy — a school that embodies these ideals and fulfills my vision for Lev's educational journey.

Child-centred, play-based programmeIn the Early Years program, children are encouraged to engage in ample free play, while also following a structured daily routine. They learn valuable skills such as transitioning between activities and developing the ability to focus their attention.

The elementary school offers a captivating educational voyage designed for youngsters aged 5 to 11, establishing a strong educational base as they embark on their academic journey
The school operates from 9 am to 6 pm, providing a comprehensive learning and play environment for children. In the morning, children engage in both play and structured learning activities under the guidance of one teacher. In the afternoon, a second teacher takes over, shifting the focus towards free play, outdoor walks, and fostering creativity. Furthermore, our school collaborates with accomplished professionals in various fields, including sports, creativity, and other activities, who conduct specialized classes for the children.
At Seaside Academy, we place great importance on providing children with opportunities to interact with various adults. We understand that each child has unique preferences, and it is crucial for them to find the right adult with whom they feel comfortable. To ensure this, each group of children is supported by two dedicated primary teachers, as well as several subject teachers. We firmly believe that the happiness of children is rooted in the well-being of their teachers. Therefore, our teachers are afforded ample time and opportunities for reflection and relaxation, creating a positive and nurturing environment for everyone involved.

The duration of the academic year is about 10 months. The 2023-2024 academic year will begin on September 1. The last school day is June 14.
